There’s very little admin for you to do, we have our admin star for that. Your time will be spent doing the important bits of the job that are going to help us get to the next level and help you earn as much as you possibly can.

The US market holds a huge part of our future and is going to be a large part of the financial growth that we go through this year.

The average placement fee in the US is over 3 times that of the UK. Fee’s in excess of $30K should be expected per placement. 

 Roles and responsibilities:

  • To consistently develop your skills and knowledge around the US pharmacy sector, Knowledge is (at the end of the day) Power
  • To create unique and attractive job adverts to encourage natural applications
  • To produce a fantastic talent pool for your pharmacy clients in impeccable format
  • To source new business relative to the pharmacy sector
  • Conduct consistent market research of the pharmacy recruitment market to maintain great communication with your clients to keep them up to date

We have years of experience training all the above effectively. We don’t expect you to join us as an expert! We have a well-structured training module, which has proven time and time again that experience isn’t necessarily. We have some amazing success stories from our training structure.

 What we look for:

  • A very strong work ethic (This isn’t an easy job; we want individuals to be in it for the long run)
  • Great organisational skills
  • A tangible history of success
  • Degree-educated or previous experience would be great, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
  • You need to be self-driven and resilient
  • A self-starter - someone who can get on with the task in hand
  • Outgoing and confident
  • Great team player
  • Has the desire to progress up the ladder
  • Hard worker!

  • A starting salary of £22.5K - £30K depending on experience
  • An un-capped commission structure: In year 1, you should expect to double your salary

OTE £45,000 - £55,000 in year one

OTE £60,000 - £85,000 in year two
